Crepes Party Express started with two griddles, a tiny Eiffel Tower on the table, and one belief: a party is only as good as the moment the food shows up.

With 30+ years of combined culinary & hospitality experience, we've flipped for weddings, corporate towers, school fairs, farmers markets — and one very hungry Miami Heat mascot.
